Pauzio was born from frustration — watching great teams lose customers to missed calls, slow follow-ups, and language barriers that technology should have solved years ago.
The Problem We Solved
Your first call decides everything
In 2021, our co-founder Arjun was running a fast-growing services business in Bangalore. Every week, customers from across India — and increasingly from Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East — called with questions, requests, and ready-to-buy intent.
The problem: 35% of those calls happened after 8pm. No one answered. The customer called the next provider. The deal was lost.
Generic chatbots weren't the answer — people needed real conversations. Human agents were expensive and couldn't scale. So Arjun called Sarah, and they spent 18 months building what is now Pauzio.
Today, Pauzio powers 10 million+ calls a year across 60 countries — for businesses in healthcare, real estate, finance, e-commerce, education, insurance, and beyond. Every call we handle is a customer getting the answer they needed.
